Recreation
Waterford has a host of recreational activities for people and families of all ages, skills, and interests. The beautiful Fox River flows through the heart of the Village, with five parks on the river providing free, public access to enjoy the river.
Fishing
Fishing is a very popular activity above the Waterford Dam and below with abundant game fish.
Enjoy Nature.
The Tichigan Wildlife Preserve is located just north of the Village. All along the river, nature lovers enjoy watching deer, fox, beaver, mink, and more. Bird watchers can see waterfowl such as great egrets, heron, swan, pelican, and teal and wood ducks. Nesting eagles also hunt along the river.

Rustic roads and off-road trails provide opportunities for bikers of all interests and all skills. The Seven Waters Trail stretches 17 miles from Burlington to Muskego Lake, through Waterford and Norway.
