All residents of the Village of Waterford vote in the lower level of Village Hall, 123 N. River Street. The polls are open from 7:00am - 8:00pm (note: If your house number is more than three numbers long, you are not a Village of Waterford resident. You are most likely a Town of Waterford resident and should vote at the Town Hall.)
Early voting takes place in the board room of Village Hall. It begins 2 weeks before the election on the following days: Tuesday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00 pm and Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. There is no voting or voter registration on the Monday before an election.
Voter ID is now the law. The Government Accountability Board (GAB) oversees Wisconsin elections and has prepared a Bring It to the Ballot: Voting in Wisconsin and the Voter Photo Identification Law. This guide includes details on the new Voter ID - acceptable identification and how to get a free Wisconsin photo ID if you don't have one. it also explains absentee voting, voter registration, eligibility, proof of residency requirements and answers many questions you may have about voting.
